The project suggests an intense intervention by means of a unifying element: a path. This element, in its simplicity, allows that a vast, complex site that has a difficult relationship with the city may be easily identified as a whole. Uses and spatial situations are united; equipments which promote the relation of continuity between City and the rural area are defined, as are new leisure areas; and an improvement of Cava do Viriato Monument is also defined.
