In this proposal the exterior space is a structuring element of the undertaking and of the various possible forms for its appropriation by the users and not a form of filling up the remaining space between buildings.

The plan for the exterior spaces aims to define urban solutions to regulate the whole, providing it body and soul, consubstantiating in forms, textures and colours a whole that should be rich and intense in perceptive terms, capable of snatching the user away from its indifference and succeeding in his establishing a complex weft of sensations and experiences, - which build a site - with the space and all its details.

The solutions of the present project depart from a principle of systematization of the exterior space in various typologies, typologies related to the functional and environmental of the different spaces and which could be described in three big groups:
- Circulation spaces, with the complementarity of ludic / public functions, expressed by the existence of punctual resting spaces;
- Enclosed spaces with a more secluded character, connoted with the sense of urban garden, intensely related to the building;
- Square spaces, which can still be recognized as integrant areas of the undertaking but are clearly articulated with the town.
