The project finds its birth from the analysis of the city and the site, basically a philosophical proposal, close to the Landscape Architecture thought, which solves the incompatibilities of the different functions of the program, creating a big platform of multimodal articulation, linking both peripheral and central car-bus-subway connections, a sportive area, a huge underground parking place (2500 places, with the goal of limiting the number of city-centre entrances), a commercial centre, a museum and finally a residential neighborhood, all thanks to the proposal of creating an urban park that harmonizes and keeps together all the above named different functions.
